I found this video on youtube of the merchendise bug solution
If you go on a English server and try to go to the Ski Village or
Snow Forts and go near the booths to try to get the catalog won’t open.
If you follow the video below or go on a different language, for example
spanish you will be able to load the booth catalog to obtain the
backstage pass and clothing.
THEN once you’ve got the backstage pass and whatever you want go back
to English and go to a english server then you can go in the backstage,
as it loads. I hope this helps as I’ve seen a lot of comments about
